On first glance, I noticed the eyes and how amazing and detailed they look. They're bright, shining and look straight into the viewers eyes.
The next best thing, I think, is the lips. They're very full and have a nice shine to them. They're also quite detailed, especially if I compare it to most other lips that I've seen drawn.
The fur on her top looks magnificent. It's realistic and the dark parts and pale parts look natural. Once again, the detail in it is amazing.
The hair is pretty good. It looks nice straight, but I think you could fix the parting a bit. Perhaps use a smaller brush? It kind of looks like the detailed strokes at the bottom of hair just died away at the top.
The main thing that I think you should work on is the shoulders/chest area. They look a bit uneven, like, the right shoulder (from my point of view, not hers) looks a bit bigger than the left. And just a bit more shading here and there will make it look better. Maybe add some shading for collarbones?

Overall, it looks great. I love the details especially.
