I think this is a pretty well thought of piece. I see it was inspired by POTC. I would have to say it's conceptualized well, the model has a good pose (though not very original) but it fits the frame quite well. I woul dhave to say the overall thing that is bugging me about this picture is the lack of constrast and shading. I think you'd find to get a more authentic feel to this, you'l have to make her look a little less plastic by adding deeper range of shadows on her skin and her clothes. I think even with this amount of shading, playing with the exposure would probably help a little. Other than that, it's a good painting that you can improve on, but alright none the less.
